This recipe doesn’t need much of an introduction, it’s that fabulous. Chunky, fresh, authentic salsa that is sure to bring you right back to the beach in Mexico. It’s delicious on a hot summer day or any other day for that matter! This recipe easily doubles for a crowd and I promise you it will go over well.

Watch out, this is easily addictive snack will start making a weekly or even daily appearance if you’re lucky!

  • Once you have diced all the ingredients, add them to a medium sized bowl and mix well.
  • Serve with Tortilla chips or with tacos, dig in!

Notes

  • Looking for more authentic? Try using white onion instead of red
  • No Tortilla Chips? Try this salsa on top of chicken or fish, with tacos or even mixed into alfredo pasta!
  • Want more spice? Add more jalapenos or serrano peppers
  • Do I have to let it sit? No way! Well you can, it only makes it better but don't feel like you have to wait, okay?
