Quiche Lorraine

Make this quiche ahead of time, the night before, make it crust-less or bake a couple extra to freeze for when you want to look like a superhero. (not that we badass babes need any help with that though, do we?) Go ahead and use that frozen pie shell too, no one is looking.

French Toast

When you make this iconic breakfast food, it’ll be hard not to eat the whole batch. Golden toast, crispy edges, sweet syrup and even sweeter toppings. Simple yet spectacular, it will even impress the girls at your next brunch. The variations are endless and it’s simple enough that you can whip it up in less than 20 minutes.

Turkey Cobb Salad

Flavourful, filling and healthy? You don’t hear that together often. This salad (or meal?) is all of these things! It’s easy to make for your lunch or a crowd. It’s a lot less expensive to make at home (like most things) and a great way to use up vegetables, leftover turkey and bacon, all while getting excellent fibre, protein and the good fats.

Cheesy Egg Toast

Sandwich bread, fresh-baked sourdough, homemade dutch oven bread, it doesn’t matter what you pick this is the best simple weekend breakfast. One pan and done. Between the carb cradle for the egg, the delicious fresh cracked black pepper and the sharp cheddar cheese you’re going to be dreaming about these until Sunday morning. And if you’re not, what are you dreaming about for breakfast? We want to try that too!

Dad’s Ham Eggs

Ham eggs. A treasured family recipe, a valuable Nascar Sunday commodity, a fishing trip, family brunch or even just by yourself breakfast. They’re so simple, so delicious and even easier to cook. No more messy eggs, burnt pans and people eating at different times. Do yourself a favour and save this one or make them today, you’ll thank me or better yet, you’ll thank my Dad.
